not really feeling anything in general, lack of emotion. can also be described as
feeling empty. you don't really feel anything, you're just there.
going through the motions. it's difficult to describe this feeling to someone who has never experienced it before, but you probably will feel this way at least once in your life. usually it's from past traumas. it's a pretty easy method your brain your brain uses unconsciously to help
lessen your load. so in result, you don't feel anything. it's weird and it's really annoying when it repeats on the daily. makes you wanna blow your brains out.
